This product has helped me with my metabolism. I can tell that it has increased it, not dramatically but it has helped. I do not gain weight as easy as before and I lose it faster (again not in a dramatic way). As for energy i do not feel like it gives me an amazing boost in energy but it does help me stay more alert and awake during the day. I take one in the morning with my breakfast and another one in the afternoon usually before i go to the gym. Something that i noticed it did was that it made the skin on my face so much nicer, green tea has great benefits on skin and it has cleared out my face very nicely. The biggest change since i started taking these pills are diffidently my skin. Its a nice product that isn't too expensive so I think its worth while to get. I might try another brand to compare next time but so far Im most likely going to stick with this one.

I will start out by saying I did take this product along with Garcinia Cambogia. I just wanted to jump start losing a few pounds. I eat healthy, don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I do take levothyroxine for an underactive thyroid.
