Lets start at the beginning, it is packaged well and in truth I don't know how they fitted it all in the box.Everything is labelled and wrapped, they even give to a collection of spare screws and washers (just in case).The screws are all separated and listed by size and coded to work with the clear instructions.The instructions state it is a two person job, but as I didn't have another set of hands available I did it all my self without too much effort.One issue, the left and right arms were labelled back to front, but if you couldn't work that out by looking at them then you are probably not the person to be building this chair.Once built the chair is comfortable without being too soft. The padded arms are a nice touch as it adds that bit more to the chair.Now on to the "Massage Lumbar Support ", support it does indeed give, and too some small extent it does also massage, but I wouldn't let this be a deciding factor in buying this chair. The USB lead for powering it as also a bit short meaning I used a battery pack to power mine for the short time that I used it.The footrest I wouldn't trust too far, that could just be me, but it doesn't feel like it can take much more weight than I give it when lying down.Those to bits aside, this chair is great.As I said in the headline, it's not Mary Poppins level (practically perfect in every way), but it's close enough at this price to make you not care.

Lovely chair, my old chair had started to lose comfort and I was getting very bad leg pains when sat down so I purchase this for my birthday. Very easy to setup and is great value for money. Also looks very clean, it's perfect for gamers and for normal office use!

(Update) After contact with the seller, they immediately sent another full pack of the fixing kit. I would now award this 4 and a half stars if I could. Great service indeed.I was so close to giving this chair 5 stars, but for just a couple of issues. Firstly, there was a big washer missing that goes between the arm rest and the chair back. It's a fairly important part too because the arm rest moves when reclining the chair. Secondly, there is a mark down the back of the chair which was a shame. It doesn't notice much and doesn't effect the usage.Now onto the chair itself. It actually arrived really well packaged and generally protected too. The instructions are OK, although some steps are not initially clear. Most people will figure it out though and overall it does get the chair built reasonably quickly. The tool provided is a big Allen key and is a nice size to use without having to dig out the toolbox.The chair once built is really nice. It looks good, is very comfortable and easy to operate up/down/recline etc. The material looks like it should withstand a fair amount of use but only time will tell here. After using it for several days for a few hours at a time, I'm really impressed with the chair. It's just a shame about the little issues I mentioned earlier because I would have given this a 5 stars. Regardless, I am more than happy to recommend this chair.

The back rest is very slim and back is constanly pressed up to the metal frame. No padding there so is pretty uncomfortable after a while. The design is nice and its seems pretty sturdy. The leg rest is cool, and works well but overall there isn't enough padding in the seat and back rest which makes the comfort of the chair pretty poor

Recieved This Chair Today. So Easy To Set Up & I Love The Back Massage Cushion As Gaming For Hours Does Effect My Lower Back, The Cushions Can Also Be Removed Aswell Which Is Fantastic!. Also The Chair Itself Is Comfortable. So Many Positions To Suit The User For The Best Comfort. This Is A Chair I Highly Recommend!

Updated review: this was a good gaming or office chair (I used it for both), but my nain complaint is the quality. 6 or so months after purchasing it, I started to experience issues with the armrests coming undone and the back of the chair consistently lowers in height. The adjustment clamp wont hold anymore and broke after about 9 months. A year after purchasing and the armrests were persistently coming unscrewed and loose, whereas I gave up trying to keep the back of the chair up on a correct height. It's now about 2 years after purchase, and the chair is in the trash. I expected it to last longer given the price, but I've had cheaper office chairs last longer at work. Would only recommend if you don't intend to use this chair often.The massage feature works quite well and it is incredibly comfortable.

I feel got value for money, chair still great and I've had for 6 month or more. I'm 81kg and holds me fine also i found easy to build
