Ateco Kaiser Stamp

Great must have item for Kaiser Rolls. Quick and easy imprint, professional results and easy to clean.

I just took up baking my own rolls and bread to cut costs. This stamp works perfect to make authentic Kaiser rolls.

Takes a couple times to get used to exactly how to use this and how hard to press down. I got better results when I started dipping it in flour before each "punch." This helped keep the dough from sticking to the stamp and pulling back up (though if your dough is sticking badly, it may have too much moisture or you didn't knead enough).The results were pretty good and the rolls look passable. Of course, you won't get anything super bakery quality, but it comes close enough. See the picture I uploaded.

I've been making my kaisers by hand and wanted to try a press to save time. I did not research the press before buying but came across this one and it looked okay. MUCH BETTER THAN OKAY! This is made of durable plastic, not at all fragile and does an EXCELLENT job of pressing the rolls. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Easy to use.

This piece is plastic and the blades aren't sharp at all. I tried making the kaiser marks on rolls after they had risen, and about all it did is deflate the rolls so they came out pretty flat. I did try it the next time before the last rise, and it worked really well. So I increased my rating from 3 to 5.I have had this Kaiser Stamp for 8 years now. For me it's still the best way to make homemade, professional looking kaiser rolls.

it made perfect cuts for my kaiser rolls. simple, easy.

It makes the proper design, i just couldn't get it to not deflate my dough or not cut all the way through and get the impression to stay. But I'm sure it's my lack of experience not the product.
