While working on installing a secure box around our Hayward Pool System, the worker accidentally screwed into the Pool Transformer, shutting down the pump and heater. This happened late Saturday afternoon in NY. We scrambled online to find a replacement part that was reasonably priced and that would get to us QUICKLY. You see, our children and grandchildren were traveling to spend the week so that the cousins could visit together after not seeing each other for 2 years. The kids were all excited about swimming together in the pool. Pool Guy Supply was our best hope, but we needed the part even faster if possible. I called and left a message detailing our dilemma. Quinn called right back! He worked out a way to send the part from California within the hour after we spoke so it could arrive on Monday. He was amazing. We got the part Monday and it was installed immediately. The Pool is working and we are thrilled!!! Not only is the transformer excellent, but we can't thank Quinn and Pool Guy Supply enough for their OUTSTANDING Service. Thank you for caring and coming to our rescue!!!!!!!

This transformer replaced the power brick in my salt water generator that has been running for almost 15 years. It amazingly works to the specs saving me at least a thousand dollars for a new system.
