The mug is cute and was a gift for my Friends obsessed sibling for her birthday. However, unfortunately, It came completely broken with handle shattered in the box. I wish it didn't come broken because it is such a great gift for a person who loves Friends the Tv show. I hope everyone else has a better experience with this mug!

Poorly packed and broken in pieces
