i was told WD 40 would be better to spray inside a car door for rust protection, but WD40 doesn't seem to last long. i assume this is just similar?

WD40 disperses water from metal among lots of other uses. that being said, i would lithium spray lubricant for your doors, i would think for your car, garage doors. fogging spray is used for outboard motors, in the cylinders when storing the boat for the winter
