Installed this on a gate, works nicely.

Love that wheel swivels, and adjust heights as it rolls, used on picket fence gate opens on a walkway that has up hill slope.

Seems solid. Took me 2 try’s to get it set right. No instructions, which might have saved me some time. Bolts were too short for my needs so I used different ones.

I don't put 5 stars because this system has 2 problems1- The vertical axel is not fix. The wheel must have the place to go under the door, or I fixed it with 2 long screws. *2- Problem : there is of course 2 efforts : 21- one to push the door towards the top (the reason to install it) 22- The second occurs when you close the door > the bottom of the door is braked by the force of the wheel >>the door is no more flat and does not close correctly > I must reinforce the door !

I liked the fact that I would no longer have trouble opening gate, but wheels stick and don't turn.

This was the perfect solution to fix a gate that dragged across the sidewalk. Took me less than 15 minutes to install once I had tools ready.I did substitute hex head wood screws that I had on hand for the included bolts, nuts and washers since i screwed it into the 2x6 frame rather than bolt it onto a thinner fence picket.
