I have a couple of rental properties, one of which has two lovely ladies, a mother & her daughter. Both have long thick hair and despite my putting hair strainers over the inlets I could count on a call every other month that the bathroom drains(s) were clogged. OTC drain cleaners - even those claiming to be 'Professional Strength' opened the drains, but only for a while. Since the house was over 80 years old I figured the pipes had built -up sludge that was catching the hair & I was considering hiring a local plumber I'd used in the past to do something other than just snaking.He said he agreed the household drain cleaners weren't going to solve my problem long-term but, before hiring him to professionally clean the pipes, I could try this Liquid Fire. Okay, for $25 it was a lot cheaper than the $400+ he'd charge. The drains weren't blocked at the time, but I figured this was preventive medicine.I put in the whole bottle - very slowly since the directions made it clear this was serious stuff- and gave it plenty of time to do it's thing. The plumber warned me having plenty of ventilation was no joke, so I'd come prepared: in addition to the ceiling exhaust fan I put a big box fan in the window to suck out the fumes. I shut the bathroom door & went to work. (Wearing a respirator since I was planning to stay in the room for more than a few minutes.)First I ran boiling water down the drain. I didn't pour in the cleaner all at once because I didn't want it to boil-up if it encountered a blockage, but I did pour in the whole bottle. Then I poured a few cupsful of warm water to sort of 'push' the cleaner down the pipes a bit & waited another 15 minutes. Then I ran more water in stages. After that I ran the cold water full blast for about 10 minutes to completely flush the drain.It's been a year and the drains are still running strong! I do use a 2- month drain 'upkeep' (Mrs. Meyers Clean Day) as a preventative, but as far as clogs? Seems like the Liquid Fire did the job! I figure I've saved over $1500 in plumber's fees (at least) plus the aggravation of having to drop everything & run over to the property to clear the drains.My only negative is my 'back-up' bottle arrived and fortunately it was sealed in plastic because a very small amount seemed to have leaked out. I was able to remove the plastic (wearing protective gloves) and wash the outside of the bottle & tighten the cap more completely (it seemed tight so maybe the leakage came from another bottle at the warehouse?)I haven't needed it (thank God!) but keep it on hand just in case. I figure it's just a matter of time before that long hair catches up with me. Plus, I have grandkids who put who- knows-what down my drains so an ounce of prevention etc. I highly recommend Liquid Fire to anyone needing to clear their drain(s). Just don't think it's like other drain cleaners & skip ANY of the safety directions. Any product is dangerous if you don't use it properly and safe(r) when you do. Liquid Fire is as safe as you make it. Used right it's only killer on clogs!!!

I'm not a review writer( because good reviews cause product increase) but I don't care on this .this stuff is amazing! I plunged,vinegar,baking soda, hot water ,took apart pipes to no avail poured liquid fire down sink,waited fifteen minutes, and then poured in cold water and like magic,my sink was unclogged!! So simple to use,and saved me from hiring a plumber.This for sure is fire in a bottle!!

I got my product in 3 days. Best drainage for my tub.

This stuff works, it will dissolve a small rodent's bones and all, but seriously this is the best product by far for opening drains just be very careful and follow the instructions to a T .

Site charges more than other sites for same product. Lists two items but only one bottle of product and one is green declogging device. Not worth the extra money. Also, I’ve bought this exact product from other seller on here and I could smell it was working. This one had no smell and didn’t work.

Alright so let me first start with a short story. In my apartment i had a huge issue in my bathtub nothing and i mean NOTHING!!!! has been able to unclog my bathtub. I've used the snakes I've used drain-o tried Vinger and baking soda. like i was to the point of calling a Priest cause i couldn't handle how clogged this bathtub was. Mind you this apartment when I got it was owned by 4 women so I'm not shocked or amazed by the fact every clogged drain has beyond more hair then an over crowed hair saloon having a special on cut and style. So i watched a tiktock promoting this product and so i said "At this point i'll do anything" So i came here to the good old amazon and bought this product. Hopes not to high but what can you do right.It came early which was a nice surprise. So i prepped my bathtub like the bottle asked me to (yes the bottle talks to you) after following the simple but careful instruction. I was looking like a hazmat operator working with chemicals like I'm trying to cure Covid. once poured down the hole i prayed lightly to god hoping this would work. once the proper amount of Liquid down. i waited 15 mins like it told me too, Rushed cold water down the hole again as told. And like Magic my clogged drain was unclogged and i did the happy dance of my people. I no longer have to deal with both a shower and swimming pool.this product does indeed work, follow the instructions and finally allow the drain too fully work like it was new. believe me when i say, this product works. I tried all the over the counter products and nothing worked. I used this and my drain is better than it has been in a long while.
