Can a person 6' 2" wear these?

I don't see why not, they are adjustable. My husband is 6 feet tall with a pretty big belly and they fit him with no problem.

Can they be worn under shirt?

You can but if you have to sit down to go to the bathroom in a hurry it can be a challenge to get your pants down because you either have to unclip your suspenders or take off your shirt if you unclip the front be careful to keep them from falling into the toilet because they will not stay at the front of your body. If you unclip the back be prepared to keep your head down by your knees or flip the back of the suspenders over your head because there probably isn’t going to be enough space between the y and your neck to remain in a comfortable upright position.
