POOR QUALITY
2 months old and the unit stopped working. After doing all the troubleshooting methods, it’s an issue where the cord meets the unit internally. The only way it will power on is to hold the cord in one position. This is highly disappointing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS OVERPRICED TRASH.

This is the best product I bought in 2024! My hair stylist used it to straighten my hair (Asian, thick hair), I was amazed how well and fast it did. The best is it makes my hair look shiny (wow) and it lasts at least a week long (or until I wash my hair). I was skeptical about it could give me the same look if I did it at home by myself, it DID! It really truly a one pass, done! I had other brand in my house, I wish I could've bought it instead. I highly recommend it.

Llevo varias semanas usando esta plancha y estoy encantada con los resultados. Tengo el cabello ondulado, con frizz y algo grueso, y esta plancha lo deja liso, brillante y suave con solo una pasada. 🔌 Se calienta en menos de 30 segundos, lo cual me ahorra tiempo en las mañanas. Además, tiene ajuste de temperatura, así que puedo usar una configuración más baja cuando aliso las puntas o más alta cuando quiero un liso duradero.

This is a little heavier than their old model and more tightly clamped. It is still much better than almost all other flat irons, helpful controllable heat setting, i did prefer thr 1 inch to 1.5 inch as i found the larger one much much heavier and less maneuverable. It leaves thr hair shiny and helps with frizz anr most importantly doesnt kill my very processed strands

I slept with my hair wet the night before I straightened it. Usually my hair doesn’t hold a straighten that was my fear with buying another, but with this one it does hold until I wash it. I have thick hair.
