LK Intercoat is a water-based acrylic coating that is made from very strong resins that dry to a clear film. The dry film is capable of blocking chemical reactions and bleeding between layers of paint. If you are working on a portrait and get to a point where you are ready to paint is ready for details, apply two coats of Intercoat and once it is fully dry, you will be able to paint the details in without fear of making a mistake because the Intercoat layer will allow you to erase mistakes without damaging the art beneath it! It will act as a barrier between the new art and the art under it!! It is compatible with solvent-based paints so this product may be used in many applications!
