Are these "crinkly" plastic or soft plastic?

Hi and thanks for the question. This is a soft plastic. Integrity Resources

do you have poly sleeves for 10" 33's?

I see some for 10" records on Amazon. Search there for "78 RPM Record Sleeves". It will list both inner and outer sleeves. Seems like they would work for 33s as well as for 78s. I think they show the actual size of the sleeves, so you can measure your record covers and make sure. Hope this helps.
