Decent diffusion in a portable package.
This seems to work great, soften the light and folds down for stowing/portability. I’ve had one issue already, my c stand took a spill, and this got a major gash across the white portion and some of the black. It wasn’t a terrible spill so I first didn’t even know it happened. I assume the light will now spill through the tear diffusion which means replacing at another $50, and I’ve only had it 2 weeks or so. I wish the materials were a bit stronger in this case. Also note: if you want to gain full control a panel light attached this this, you need a c stand. Otherwise the light is stuck in one position, as this diffuser keeps it from moving around in its u shaped bracket. I picked up a c stand and can now use it to really get the light where a I need it, but that ran $150 for the Neewer Heavy Duty.

Great Portable Diffuser for LED Panel Lights
I'm a professional videographer. Today's LED panel lights are great, but most of the widely used small LED panel lights provide very harsh lighting, especially when lighting talent. The so-called 'diffusers' that come with most of the panel lights provide very little diffusion because they're placed right on top of the LED panel. I was looking for a portable option for mobile setups. This diffuser works well. The key is to get the diffuser off the light panel for best performance, which this option does well while folding down into a very portable package. If your LED panel light has mostly-otherwise useless barn doors, you will not need to worry about using velcro straps to attach to the light as the barn doors will hold it on. I'm using this on a GVM 480LS or 800D as a key light. The size actually increases the light source significantly while providing a much softer quality of light. Fantastic! Those stating this does not make a difference are quite incorrect. The diffuser provides a much more flattering light source, especially for talking head shots, etc. Great product and will be purchasing at least one more.

Love how they fit on my LED lights, great defuser of light 💡!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This soft box, works perfectly and Fits my various LED lights! Cross velcro strips help to keep it in place with a large back opening to fit your light sizes. Allows me to angle the light with out any problems. I only purchased one, but may have to get another one after seeing how well this works. It is large and defuses light softly. Helped to remove shadows and give a nice even skin color. Just what it is supposed to do!

Overpriced and does not fold the way they make it seem
I wanted to love these, I really did. I use these on some Led lights i have and thats where the problems begin. I wish I could return these, but the return window passed, so I will warn others what to look out for.* It cannot flex with the led panel, it gets caught on the bars surrounding it, so the boxess have limited movement.* The length inside is not long at all, the panels around the light hit it a lot* Folding them is never easy, and they constantly want to spring back out, making it hard to get them to a shape that will fit in the bag it comes with.* The diffusion is not much better than the plastic covers I put over the lights that came with it. I was expecting much more for the price.Overall, if you have LED panels and you want that softbox lighting, pass on these. It wont give you the soft lighting you are expecting.

Very good circular softbox diffuser for led panel lights
I needed a circular diffuser for 1 of my led panel light panels. I purchased this Kamerar softbox and 2 of the Neewer square softboxes. There is 1 minor but excellent design feature the Kamerar softbox has over the Neewer softbox - the addition of a securing slip joint cover, which keeps the folding magnetic rods more securely in place (see images). Without the slip joint cover, the Neewer softbox rods can fold when moving lights. Which in a shoot where you need to move lights around, can be a little annoying. My Kamerar softbox came clean and without marks (1 of the Neewer softboxes was marked and dirty on the diffuser screen). I am happy with the Kamerar product.

Great soft light quality for any 12" square LED panel
I ordered this product to use with a square LED panel that's about 12x12". It has barn doors and I can just fold the doors out flat and slip this right over the top flap. Very quick and convenient, and the soft quality of the light is superb from what is normally a pretty harsh fixture. Also, the seller was great with very fast shipping.

These soft boxes fit perfect on the Neewer 660 LED lights but there is a downside
These soft boxes do help to create softer light and they fit nicely on the Neewer 660 LED lights with having to take off the barn doors... The build quality is also of great quality However, there is a downside... The diffuser panels in the soft box in pretty dang thin, and I still sometimes can get too harsh of light so you do have to be very mindful with these soft boxes more than other brands. other than the learning curve of what their limits are they are a great buy for someone who is just starting out with lighting for photo or video, but if your more of a simi-pro or professional then you might want to look for something that has a little better diffuser to create that smooth softer light.

Poor Quality Diffuser
This really made no difference in the quality of light whatsoever. You could see the LED light panel as though nothing were in front of it. Velcro attachment was wonky at best. Did not work out for us at all, we returned before using.
