Quality product, fair pricing, and top notch customer service!
I am so happy with my purchase! The sellers were awesome and worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. I needed the blind for the outside of my front porch in a fairly well protected place, but was concerned about it getting wet and mildewed so they gave it a special treatment for me in the design I preferred. It looks great and looks to be high quality. We have already had some very wet and stormy weather here in the Pacific Northwest and the blind has been installed for months now, and I see no signs at all of any weather damage. This company will definitely be my "go to" company for ordering bamboo blinds from now on!

Good blinds and good customer support
Very easy to install and seem to be of good quality.I misread the measuring instructions and ordered incorrectly, but the manufacturer let me order a second set in the right size at cost. They were very nice and helpful with their customer support.

Best blinds ever
We love these blinds. They are perfect for our front kitchen windows. The seller, Cindy, confirmed the sizing via email after purchase and is clearly very skilled in her craft. After giving precise dimensions, she confirmed the inside mount would work for our windows. I almost switched to the outside mount and I’m so happy we didn’t! The blinds fit perfectly, were pretty easy to install and very good quality. The cords are super long, but easy to shorten.Do note- these are privacy screens, not a total blackout, but that’s why we love them. They are a sleek and subtle barrier for our street-facing windows.Plan to buy again for other rooms.

Unhappy
While these are pretty they lay very very poorly. They are so light weight that they twist not laying flat as desired. The cord on one side keeps falling to the side. I wanted a refund and because it was a bit over 30 days they would not give but 50% which stinks since they took long to send them and we were having to wait until we could hang them now after a bit of using them we are not happy. Would not buy again from this seller because they don’t understand that a poorly made product should be refunded

Accurate measuring will avoid disappointment.
Excellent communication with the seller. They want you to get just what you expect. And I did! The shade is beautiful. Simple to install. Perfect fit. Very light weight. Allows light to filter in while maintaining privacy. The color is warm and rich. Very pleased with my purchase. Hope you will be too.

Looks great for our nursery!
I ordered these blinds for our nursery room. They came out perfect! I was also impressed with the customer service! They responded within a day to my messages and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my order. Which I definitely was! The blinds were easy to install (and I did it by myself while pregnant).
