I have short non-curled lashes. I have used a lash curler for years but recently read that they were damaging and to try this product. Also my lashes would fall flat anyway after using mascara so using something to curl after mascara made more sense. I can say that I absolutely love this product. I turn it to high to heat up while I do my makeup. Then after mascara application on both eyes, I use this to gently curl the lashes up. My lashes have never been this nice or have had the curl last this long. My only “issue” is I notice that it shuts off randomly, either after a set period or maybe I accidentally hit the button while in use? Idk. Either way, 5 stars.

I really really wanted this to work. Decided to not get a cheap one for a chance at better quality. First impression; there were no directions. I found it odd but had seen videos in the reviews so I watched those. Second; it felt very cheap, chinsy if you will. But if it worked I wasn’t going to worry about it. It was ok but the curl didn’t last but a few hours. Last straw; I couldn’t turn it off. It stayed on and hot until the charge ran out. Just got it yesterday and have already stated a return. Paid too much to already have issues.

I had my doubts with this curler, but Im genuinely shocked at how it curled my stubborn lashes. I first used it without mascara and i struggle a bit with it, but i also did not follow the directions so i did not worked. Did it again but with masacara this time and following the instructions, AND OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW WELL IT HOLDS UP. My lashes are thin and stubbornly straight, seeing my lashes like this without the pinching of a tradition lash curler made me so happy! I 100% recommend it!

The first time I used the 'Grande Lash-Lift Heated Eye Lash Curler' it took maybe 10- min. to charge. Once turned-on, set to 'High Heat' then about 5-min to heat-up. Once it was ready I applied a coat of mascara to my right eye, then immediately curled lashes. Applied mascara to my left eye, and quickly curled lashes. Then, repeated each step for another coat of mascara. No problems... Eye lashes curled easily and lasted all day. But, the second time the lash curler's battery need a charge; longer to charge (maybe 20-min) and longer to heat (about 10-min). I planned to follow the same steps as before: charge, heat, apply mascara, quickly curl lashes... Yet, by time the lash curler heated the mascara on my right eye was dry so had to apply a second coat then hurry to curl lashes. For my left eye, I set the lash curler aside, applied a quick coat of mascara, reached for the curler and -- within a couple of minutes -- it had turned off!!! I had to wait for it to heat-up, again, add more mascara, and immediately curl lashes. By time I was done, my lashes looked like spider legs!!! May have to return...

Super impressed - easy to use, gently lifts lashes, and zero pinching. Have not yet tried using with mascara, but love the performance on bare lashes. Unlike traditional curlers, this actually feels great. It lost a star, because it is slow to heat.

It's a pretty cool product but does not do the magic as discribed. You cannot use it without first applying mascara and I have to use it in conjunction with my regular curler so really it does not help that much at all. I thought I would be able to stop using my regular curler which pulls out my lashes, but this is completely ineffective if you use it on your lashes without mascara. And it does not hold the curl for more than a few hours. Also it takes a good few swipes on each eye for it to work and don't forget that it takes time for it to heat up too. The only reason I still try using it is because I like that I can still use my regular curler less than I did until now, reducing the amount of lost lashes. This does fit into the corner of my eye more than other curlers did. And the 2 temp function for the heat is not bad and is not at all too hot so it's safe for your skin. Definitely not as amazing as it sounded so you don't get that much value for your money.

I love this thing… I feel like anyone who doesn’t either has a defective one or isn’t using correctly? I have the shortest eyelashes… I’m trying to work on it with some lash serum and it works when I use it…. But because they’re so short, they just kind of stick straight out. I put mascara on and they are still short and stick out straight. They curl a little the more mascara I put on….. with this curler, I hold it at the base of my lashes for just a few seconds, and they literally curl straight up, so you see them against my eyelids!!!! It’s perfect!! I love it so much I feel like a paid advertiser lol!!! It heats up super quickly. I hold it right at the base of my lashes, and it only feels a little warm. It has never come close to feeling hot or burning or anything. I literally have nothing bad to say about it. It’s amazing. The difference in my lashes is a 100% improvement. I love it! Period! I contemplated buying the cheaper generic version because I didn’t think it would work due to the reviews, but honestly I’m glad I spent the extra money and got the name brand one because this is perfect. I love it! So worth every penny! Absolutely NO complaints or constructive criticism. It turns on quickly and easily, heats up quickly, turns off easily, easy to use…. So so happy with it!!!

Due to the mixed reviews I decided to try this and see for myself. My daughter and I tried it with mascara and without. Without mascara it did curl my lashes but it did not last very long and did not curl as well as my conventional Revlon crimper. With my daughter’s lashes it only would curl the lashes on the outside corners even with following the instructions and watching various youtube videos trying different techniques I will say that my lashes have a slight curl naturally and my daughters go straight down. With mascara, it consolidated/clumped my lashes together making it look like I only had 10-11 lashes and I could not get them to separate using a spooly. The curl did fall within about 30 min. We curled our lashes with both the high (green light) and medium/low heat settings (yellow). In the end, I returned it and went back to my traditional crimper.

It would’ve worked well if it could hold the charge. Agree the second time I charged the device, it didn’t hold any power at all. Waste of money. Don’t buy this.

The plastic housing looks & feels pretty cheap. I think it's overpriced for what it is & I have doubts as to its longevity. I handle it gently. Saying that, I'm glad I tried it & I love the results. I have been using it every day for a week. I find the lower heat setting works well for me & it delivers far superior results in about 1/3 the time that my manual eyelash curler does. After trying it a few different ways, I found what works best for me. I apply a full coat of mascara then use this curler and I'm done. Simple. I use this curler for about 20secs on each eye. I have stubborn outer lashes which stick straight out & a little bit downward. They drive me crazy. This was my main motivation for buying this curler. Problem solved! I find it easy to curl the outer lashes using only my dominant hand on both sides, holding the curler exactly as is shown in the product photos. My lashes may loose a little of their curl as the day goes on, but they are still curled & those outer lashes are also still curled upward at the end of the day. As long as I move the curler directly upward with the lashes, then my lashes stay nicely separated, but if you move the curler side-to-side even a bit, the lashes can clump & they are difficult to separate again as the heat seems to really set the mascara. This still works on naked eyelashes, but takes quite bit longer to curl them & the curl relaxes more & does so faster. I haven't had any eyelashes fall out & although you can feel the heat radiating onto your skin, it doesn't feel uncomfortably warm. This curler heats up within 1min & the pink strip turns white when it's heated, which is very handy to be able to see. It also cools down in 1min. It arrived already charged & I do wish it had a battery-life indicator. After 1 week the battery hasn't run out. I love that it's USB rechargeable rather than batteries. I find it a little tricky to fully clean the mascara off the curler, as it has lots of nooks. I resorted to putting rubbing alcohol onto a microfibre cloth & gently rubbing over the wand, but I'm worried alcohol will corrode the wire.

Love this! It does the job really well!

Not worth the money

Package opened and attempted to use it 33 days after delivery. Fully charged indicated by green light but no heat, tip didn't turn white as it was supposed to when ready for use. Touched with finger - cold. On the basis that it has never worked, can't recommend.
