This stuff is great for your gut. If you have biotic flora or you have a lot of bad bacteria in your gut, this will straighten your bowels out. I use about a dropper full in my tea in the morning. It won’t kill the good bacteria that your bowels need. So you can use it while you’re using probiotics. This is totally worth trying. Take it for at least two weeks before you decide. This is a forever product for me because I’ve always had overgrowth of bad bacteria and bloating.

This pill is a magic for methane SIBO. I have it and tried everything: low fodmop diet, oregano oil, probiotic yogurt, berberine. None of them worked. I was surprised to see that this brand had switched from the individual foil wrapped capsules to a bottle container. Hopefully, the potency and freshness are not compromised with the new packaging. The price remains consistently high though. 🙄 Are we still getting the same quality?

Even if eating garlic w/out a reaction the highly concentrated amount is very likely to trigger a reaction. This is a high quality product! 100% stablized allicin is the only way to get the full scope of medicinal benefits of garlic 🧄 other than eating a lot of raw garlic! Highly recommend it to anyone who doe NOT have a sulfite allergy. Also recommend that an allergy warning be added to this product.

Currently doing a whole gut overhaul to treat a long time journey with SIBO and I’m not convinced these have helped much, or worse, if they’ve contributed to even more discomfort and bloating.
