I needed a ricer for cottage pie, and I remember using this exact type of ricer at my great grandmothers house. The size is great, you can rice so many potatoes so fast, it’s dishwasher safe, sturdy and not clunky like other ricers can be. Easy to use and clean and best of all, fluffy mashed potatoes and easy to make gnocchi!

Initially seemed to work well and with a sturdy build. Also liked how easy to clean it was. Unfortunately after approx. 10 uses the metal bent and and we had to throw it out. Not as heavy duty as it initially appeared...

This is a good ricer that can be used to juice fruit and do everything a good ricer should do. The handles are bare metal, which makes them very uncomfortable to use. We bought silicon pot handles to protect our hands. They make a good ricer much better.
