Handy Art Little Masters Washable Tempera Paint, 64 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), Black

I had been testing coatings for laser engraving glass. Laser tape, spray on coatings, etc... Most had more cleanup than I liked. I ran across a short video of someone recommending Tempra as it is water soluble, not really toxic and cleans up quick. Boy were they correct. I had 30 glasses to customize and after testing Tempra using small bottles from the local big box arts and crafts store this 64oz bottle was an excellent value for my needs. Mixed 50/50 with water and dipping the glasses into the mixture a few times gives a smooth, thin but dark coating that works perfectly for me. The finished product is simple to clean up. Just a soft sponge and warm water.

My students used this product as well as other colors to creat a backdrop for a musical. It is a thick bodied paint and has great coverage.

We're using this diluted in water for laser etching on glass. We use about a 3:1 mixture and airbrush it on. It lays even and smooth and washes off easily.

I had tried everything. I had a robin that would smash himself over and over and over to my sliding patio door. I assume he must have been protecting a nest in the roof. The poor bird must have thought his reflection was another bird. He would do this for hours at a time.I tried different solutions. Nothing worked, until I finally painted the door windows with this tempera paint. That finally did it. No reflection, no aggressiveness. I was afraid he was going to kill himself if he continued.Anyway, that is what I used this product for.The paint lasted several months until I washed it off. It came off pretty easy. Most of it with a garden hose and the rest, just by cleaning the window normally.Good purchase.
