Does the memory foam sink in? My dog has arthritis and its hard for her to get up on a really soft bed.

I have a German Shepherd and it doesn't sink in. In fact, it's a little bit too firm for him. He prefers the rug and doesn't sleep in his new bed very often. He is 10.5YO with bad hips.

Is the M supposed to have 1 or 2 pads? The insturctions say there should be a red and black label bag. Replacement order also had one black label bag

Can I purchase a replacement cover?

Hilarious that they said no given the fact that I've tried to order this bed for my dogs twice and ONLY received the cover both times, no inserts. Amazon sent a replacement the 1st time that included the inserts but now there's a pending claim against the seller after my 2nd purchase that was just the cover again. Apparently this is a common issue.
