As a beginner this is awkward for me to use and continue to use because my leg doesn’t stay balanced in the air for a good enough time and my arms get tired from trying to hold myself. Guess I’ll be buying a floor stretcher next.

Saw an advertisement for a more expensive one and just didn’t want to spend the money. This one is a great price and works great! Glad I purchased.

This is not only for dancers. It is great for learning to stretch and geting those muscles adjusted. it is a basic little set with strong bands and works well. I love the pink and black coloring. It also has a storage bag which is nice for putting things away.

I love this thing and it gets the job done. However the metal parts where the hoop adjust is flimsy metal and it bends under pressure. Therefore it could suddenly snap or release at any time possible causing injury...Not worth returning as i had used it quite a bit before noticing this (im keeping am eye on it) but I will get and more robust brand in future...

This strap is amazing. You can improve your flexibility within a week using it daily. Love this.
