Do NOT try to open the bag
I think one reviewer had issues because there was no zipper or way to reseal the inner bag. These do not come with instructions but I will 100% say that once you figure it out, they're fantastic, easy to use, and keep hot liquids hot for 4 hours or possibly longer. To fill these, put the box together but before you close it, "fluff out" the bag on the inside. To fill it, unscrew the dispenser cover, put the container on end, stick in a funnel, and pour in liquid. You want help to hold the funnel and you may wanna put the box in the sink for any spills. Also, go slow on filling it because it burped a couple of times when putting in hot chocolate but fortunately I have quick reflexes so no harm done. Definitely would buy these again.

Not worth it
Did not work for transporting and keeping everything hot. Would have to use immediately to be hot. Waste of money
