Good product for the money. It's my second bottle of it! Hopefully does what it's touted to do--prevent alzheimer's dementia!

An addition to my Anti-depressant Meds
A friend and I were discussing our need for Anti-depressant Medication and how awful it is if you run out of your prescription before you have more on hand! She told me a doctor suggested she use Lithium Orotate in addition to her medication to give her a little boost in her mood. I had never heard of it so I researched it (which I would encourage any potential buyer to do) and decided to try it. Well, I must say I DO feel a little less down when I take this supplement in addition to my prescribed medication so I have decided to add this supplement to my "Subscribe and Save" account so I always have it on hand. Effects can be subtle, it's when I don't take it, I can feel the difference.

I've used this now for several weeks and slowly increased my dosage up to 20mg that is reccommeded for sleep--you may need less and as tolerated. It's not a miracle cure but does indeed help. I trust this brand. They give sensible dosing on their vitamins and supplements, reasonably priced, and quality products.
