Will this fit a small 11 yr old boy?

That is so sweet I wish I could say yes, but I bought that one for my son as well, he is 27 but a string bean and when we went to baseball game in September it fit him just fine. I don’t know how big your son is so I’m sure you already knew I would say it’s tough to know without seeing him I’m so sorry. If you haven’t gone to see game yet there are plenty places around the stadium before you go in to get one , one place in particular called stadium souvenirs across street from Yankee stadium.
