I like the kit. I was easy to use. I thought the results were accurate based on my knowledge of the soil, other testing and what fertilizers I had previously used on the lawn. The testing covered all soil parameters or components. Results came back very fast. It's helpul to know the underlying soil condition your lawns lays and feeds on for better maintenance.I wish the test was $5 or $10 cheaper.

I love this soil test. I embarked on taking better care of my lawn a couple of years ago and each year I've done a test to see how best to carry on feeding the lawn. As my soil gets better positioned for lawn growing, the recommendations have been changing each year.1. The test is super easy and measures 13 different nutrients.2. Based on the test results, it recommends a conventional and an organic option with application rate and frequency.From there, you can choose to use any appropriate product that fits the the recommendation. I can say my lawn looks much healthier, withstands the dry/stressful season better than many neighboring lawns, and doesn't grow at any sort of crazy rate that requires extra mowing. I've been very pleased. I'll probably decrease the testing frequency as my yard stabilizes in a healthy range.

Very easy to use and fast results ( 1 week). Got a detailed report regarding my lawn along with recommendations on improving the soil conditions. I followed the recommendations , a specific fertilizer was recommended and I purchased it, and lawn has improved dramatically. The product they recommended was based on the deficiencies in my soil. They also send reminder of when to treat next. I’ll be retesting next spring. I would have given 5 stars but they don’t test for decease like fungus which was part of my lawn’s issue.

This kit was suggested by Petrina of Homegrown FL on you tube and is a great product. It was easy it to use. You collect soil, send it in the mail and get your results online. Everything was detailed and specific and they even recommend what products you can use to make your soil better. This is great for any home gardener.

I have purchased this test kit a couple times now to test my lawn. No complaints on the lab results. They seem to match up with the home tests kits I’ve done to compare. The results the send you are clear and easy to read. The only negative is it takes a couple weeks to get your results back, so plan accordingly if you are planning a big project and you need to know what to put down in advance.

Attention Canadian gardeners: Do not purchase this item !!! In order to open the required My Soil "User Account", you will have to fill out the country and state where you want to use the test. The space for the country is pre -programmed with "United States of America" and can not be changed; the space for the state can only be filled from a draw down list including all States of the USA. The enclosed, free postage envelope, meant to sent the collected sample back to the laboratory, is only pre-paid when used from within the USA. A soil testing kit sold by Amazon.ca should be meant to be usable in Canada; in this instance this is clearly not the case.I am returning this kit, even that now I will have to pay the return postage and possible taxes and tariffs.
