Franklin Sports SX Comp PVC Street Hockey Goal - 46" x 40"

My 14 year old son was very happy to receive this goal for his birthday. It's perfect for the backyard or garage, and it was very simple to assemble. Given how quickly it is to snap into place, this goal will be easy to transport to a tailgate. Unlike other goals we have purchased, the net is high quality and the pvc pipes supporting the frame fit smoothly. Reasonable price for the quality and we'll likely purchase this as a gift for other friends.

Was very easy to assemble and very light weight. My kids played with it for awhile. Sometimes it would come apart but easy to put back together

Perfect my son loves this! This net is highly recommend!

Affordable hockey net that gets the job done. It's been durable enough with younger kids. Not the worst to break down and reassemble for transport, but could be easier. The PVC tubing is certainly a weak point. While in storage, I accidentally stepped on one of the ends and it cracked. However, it was still able to be reassembled and used. I'll replace the broken section with sturdier PVC pipe at some point.

PVC is cut to length perfectly, so in theory you could make your own, but how would you make the net? I get the comments that people complain it's just PVC but I'd say what you are really paying for is the net. When assembled it looks fine. The front posts and crossbar are colored red. The base is white. When assembling you should be putting on the net as you go or else you'll have to take it apart. It's very lightweight so you'll likely need a sandbag to put on the back to keep in place. The net is really tight in some places to stretch over the PVC tubes. It took longer than I thought to assemble but once done, it works. If kids are dragging this thing all around there's a chance it could disconnect in places, but overall it's pretty sturdy. Just make sure all connections are solid. I wouldn't recommend real pucks on this, only use the hollow street pucks made of flexible plastic/rubber.

My son loves these for his street hockey games with neighborhood kids!

For a hockey loving household with our youngest being hockey obsessed this is perfect for driveway hockey without an ice rink budget! We play with it weekly! Worth it!

Was very easy to piece together and the kids love it!

Juste la bonne tailler et la légèreté pour jouer au hockey au sous-sol avec les enfants.

Good for the kids

Net is bigger than expected and great for the house. Top portion of the PVC pipe always comes undone and is frustrating to re attach. Other than that solid price.

Easy to assemble

My son is getting more interested in hockey...for his birthday he wanted an net to practice with...found that this was the perfect size net.. It was exactly as described and came on time, no delays...husband put it together(although net is on backwards lol)...description says heavy duty pvc piping but it comes apart too easily...when playing , the net breaks down quite a bit ..might have to put it back together again...overall decent for the price and son likes it
