This marker is magfed and hopper fed so it should be ok with pepperballs or jawbreaker balls as long as it is .68 cal.

Will an Apex 2 fit on the stormer elite?

No , the only way to use the apex 2 is buy an adapter and then put the apex2 because the barrel is to wide
