Best shampoo I’ve ever tried for thinning hair. It thickens without coarsening. Smells nice too. A plus, you don’t need to use very much, which helps justify the cost. I purchased after reading the recommendation in the New York Times. As usual, they were correct.

I love these bags for our dispensers it's so much easier to refill and I'm getting more product out. I also really like the product. I can tell my hair feels and looks healthier and fuller after using this product. My husband even loves to use it on his hair. Luckily we have the same hair type.

One of the best shampoos for anyone who lives with hard water. Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth repeating the OUAI conditioner, but the shampoo is a must! My hair is fine-to-medium. I wash my hair every day, but this shampoo doesn’t strip away all the natural oils, leaving it moisturized even without conditioner. Don’t forget to use a detox shampoo because silicone builds up on your hair. Otherwise, my hair would end up in a weighed-down 'A-shape'.

I have struggled forever with my long thing oily hair. I have to wash it daily. I got fed up so I searched the internet, read up on the best products and why, and this shampoo was heavily recommended among those who have similar hair issues as me. I also am a crunchy mom and don’t like to use things with fragrance but the smell is so milk and not in your face at all. A little goes a long way and lathers soooo well! I am a go big or go home person and was not loving spending the money on a small bottle to try it first haha so I went with the value bag and I am so glad I did! Get the big bag! Save money. Have beautiful hair. I can wash it every 2-3 days now and I haven’t been able to do that before.

I have fine limp hair and Ouai makes it look much thicker and fluffier. I usually put at least one thickening product in after I shampoo but I don’t need anything when I use Ouai. I didn’t believe it til I tried it.

I’m so glad that these refills are available! This is my favorite shampoo and I just love how it smells. I actually haven’t noticed a big difference when I use this for fine hair as opposed to any other shampoo, but I also haven’t noticed my hair thinning as much as I used to, so I’m going to take that as a win!
