Q: can these be put in the washing machine?

I,have a pair safety orange suspenders that are washed every week. No problems, hasn't damaged them yet.

Q: Will these work for someone who wears a 5xl?

I have no idea what 5xl is. 'm 5'10, 189 pounds and these fit me just fine with room for adjustment taller or shorter. Hope this gives you some idea of what they fit. And by the way they are very comfortable.

Q: I want some adjustable suspenders that do not stretch out and has belt hooks, who has them?

They will fit you there is sufficient adjustment, assuming your height is in your legs! I am the same size body as my two sons who are much taller than me 6'2" and 6'3" and the braces would fit them, with some adjustment left.
