I have been looking for a quality plant- sourced multi vitamin and this is the best you can buy for the price for sure! Easy to take(MAKE SURE YOU EAT ENOUGH WHEN TAKING), no after taste or vitamin flavored burps and seems to absorb great as my energy levels have gone up tremendously since taking this. My body seems to be growing much stronger as well with my workout regimen. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed!!

Been taking these for 6 months now with no problems. Feel as good as my previous vitamin, but these are much smaller and easier to take. If you have any issues at all with swallowing pills and hate giant multivitamins, these are for you. Haven't had any updated bloodwork since switching, so I'll have to see later this year if any changes there. Extra precaution to fill in any micro-nutrient holes in my normal diet. Give 'em a try. :)

All in all, it's a pretty good bang for your buck multivitamin.Minimalist packaging, no corny false gimmicks or claims, they go down easy and are not big compared to other multi's out there.In regards to aftertaste, I will preface by saying that I take many other supplements daily with this multivitamin, and I have a tendency to swallow some air when I consume my supplements: There is a bit of an aftertaste or scent if you do burp within about an hour after taking them. It's not unpleasant, it tastes just as you'd expect, nothing washing down with a little water doesn't fix.

It was great knowing that everything in the pill was organic. Knowing that the stuff going inside me is what I need. There not a lot of pills like this that is out there.

I have been taking the daily recommended dose of this supplement for one month and have had no adverse effects thus far. I am a nurse on the front lines, caring for COVID patients on a regular basis. I take this multivitamin in combination with sublingual D3/K2 and desiccated organ meats, as a means of fortifying my immune system. I was looking for a reliable multivitamin sourced from whole foods to enhance bio-availability and this company fits my needs for quality and price. I will be repurchasing for myself and family members.

I am not a consistent multi vitamin taker, though I take other supplements. Multi's usually do nothing for me, except go through me. A trip to the bathroom usually proves the rate of absorption is nil. That all changed once I tried the Sappling Multi. They were easy to swallow, gave me a noticeable boost in energy and didn't show up in my stool. This is a great product that I will make a part of my daily routine.

I'm not sure why you can taste these capsules, but you can, and it's not pleasant. There are many other multivitamins on the market that don't have this negative side effect, so for me that's a deal breaker.

I am very glad to have found Sapling's Men's multi-vitamin-mineral. For a while I've been looking for a daily multi that does NOT contain TOO MUCH of a good thing -- good nutrients. Meaning ... common sense tells me it's NOT good for a recommended daily dosage to include 2000% of an included nutrient, and 4000% of another. In Sapling's I finally found SENSIBLE daily nutrient-by-nutrient percentages generally around 100% when appropriate. Thanks folks at Sapling's.
