This is my first ever Amazon review but these snowshoes are amazing! I bought them for my husband for a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves them. He says they are so light weight and so easy to put on and off and he looks forward to going snowshoeing now. If you are looking for new snowshoes, don't hesitate to buy these.

These snowshoes are amazing! I am an avid outdoorsman that does a lot of snowy walks (especially with my dog!). If you are looking for a reliable snowshoe for those packed-snow, pretty flat walks.. this is exactly what you are looking for! They are extremely lightweight, super easy to use, affordable, and very cool looking! The shape of the snowshoe makes it super easy to take simple steps and allows you to comfortably walk your dog or stroll through open flat lands or even around the neighborhood. I highly recommend these! They truly are a NO BRAINER!

Look, I'm a big dude at 290 lbs, and these snowshoes are killing it. Seriously, they're crazy lightweight and super easy to attach - which is exactly what you want when you're trying to hit the snow. I've taken these badboys all over Utah - Alta before the season opened, Mirror Lake, American Fork Canyon - and they've performed like champs. Most impressive? They're handling my weight, (which is a bit over the recommended limit) like it's nothing. I know I'm probably gonna wear them out faster, but I'm totally cool with that because these are so great. Real talk: some ice spikes fell out, which I get. It's probably just part of having such a light snowshoe design. Pro move I learned? Throw some Loctite thread glue on when you replace them. No issues since I did that. Crescent Moon should probably just include replacement spikes with the initial purchase - just saying. Quick tip: Take these off when you're not on snow to avoid the spikes coming loose. Next mission? Can't wait for the weather to pick up so I can hit some deep powder and really see what these bad boys can do. Would absolutely recommend these snowshoes to anyone who wants something light, tough, and ready for whatever winter throws at you. Definitely going to be getting more snowshoes from Crescent Moon in the future.

These do not work if there’s any amount of powder over a foot. Also make sure you’re not way down with the backpack or it’ll make it even worse, of course. Mine broke after the third time using right where one of the screws is it cannot be fixed and the company never responded to me when I sent emails asking for assistance.

Edit/update. The company reached out and replaced the snowshoes. I have used them a few times, and so far they have held up. Some other thoughts... They work fairly well on flatter, packed trails. They are not a fabulous choice for steeper terrain. I purchased these, used them less than 10 times, and they are falling apart. When I contacted the company, they said they can't refund anything if bought on Amazon. They also only work on flat surfaces with a few inches of snow. Edit: they have sent me a replacement pair. I hope they stand up to use a little better!

I bought these to do some winter rehab. At first they look like kid's toys but at 195lbs, I found them to be Incredibly fun hiking in fresh powder and on packed trails on relatively level terrain. They are very well made, easy on and off and much less cumbersome than technical snowshoes. Tech Tip: when you first get them, remove all the metal studs and reinsert them with a dab of Loctite or Aqua Seal. This will save you the hassle of losing metal studs and having to replace them.

This is a great shoe for packed snow trails.

LOVE THEM !!! These are perfect for walking the trails and roads nearby. When the snow isn’t quite deep enough for the Crescent moon Frame snow shoes, these are PERFECT !! SUPER comfortable and cushy and perfect for snow covered roads and packed trail areas. EASY to put on, use and get out of. Plus they are REALLY cute and light. VERY glad to add them to my snowshoe activity.

So light weight, so much fun. I purchased these as a gift for my husband and he loves them. I wanted to get a pair for myself but they were all sold out. I’m waiting for them to come back in stock. Well worth the money

Light, flexible, comfortable, great grip. Nice give when walking on steep slopes but great grip. Mounting straps are the best I have ever experienced. Huge improvement over the old stiff framed shoes. I could spend all day in these. Highly recommended.

The design of these snowshoes are very different from any other snowshoes. Velcro attachment is a concern long-term. 2 bolts are gone after a few usage. I still like the product.
