how do you keep the bottom from curling up after washing

Liquid starch from Walmart. Mix 50/50 with water. Spray on. Let dry. Stiff as thin cardboard. Steam iron. Do entire shirt, or just bottom.

What happens to returned items

Any items I have returned I took to a UPS Store and or without a return label just a UPC code and the UPS Store printed out every return label packaged it gave me a receipt and on its way it went returning was a very easy task.
