I bought this because I often get headaches when working on the computer. A colleague told me that I should invest in some bias lighting which might be helpful as it will help reduce eye strain. I got this product today, and I am very impressed at how easy it was install the light. All I had to do was clean the back of my monitor, figure out the way I want to lay the lights out, peel off the cover for the adhesive strips, and stick the lights on. Then it was a simple matter of plugging the USB into my computer, and the lights came on immediately.I liked that I could change the brightness (although the changes are so subtle that it's hard to tell if anything has changed but this gives you the control over how much light you want to have). The remote control came pre-loaded with a battery, and I even got a replacement battery with it! Usually, manufacturers will leave you to figure out batteries on your own, so this was a nice surprise.The product is as advertised - it has 16 different colors you can choose from, and plain white if you prefer that. You can also choose to have the light flash, strobe, fade, or do a smooth transition from color to color. I don't know what use these would be (especially if you're trying to avoid eye strain) but I'm sure someone will want those features.I have another monitor so I will definitely be buying this again! Very satisfied, 10/10!

I got these for a 27" gaming monitor. They are the perfect length for monitors in this size range. The light strip has a good adhesive and feels like it is in place really well. The light strip also had a nice amount of flexibility which made it each to conform around the corners and some of the odd shapes on the back of the monitor. The IR receiver for remote even works better than expected for being behind the monitor. I would easily buy this again or recommend to a friend.

Online reviews do no undersell this producteasily installation, wifi setup is a little tricky, but once everything is set up, it's really easy to use. Mobile app interface is very straight forward user-friendly and intuitive. Fits perfectly on my 65in TV, though would not work on anything largerGreat all around product, perfect for movies and gaming

The stick on easily. I put them on a 27 inch monitor so I stuck them on the back in a snake shape. I thought they’d be brighter but I don’t know that I need them to be. Bottom line is they make for a much more enjoyable light to work by than harsh overhead bulb lighting which frankly should be illegal. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER: the tv or monitor more than likely has a usb input to power the light. I was like, “why is the usb wire so short? it’ll never reach the socket.” I started thinking about extension wiring etc. then I remembered. I never use that input so I forgot it was there. This might be the most boring review I’ve ever written. Or read. Sorry.You should read it again. Don’t.

Just received the back lights today and already installed them. Previously my desk setup was a little drab. The natural lighting around my desk isn't great so wanted to add a little more light to my setup. Took no effort at all to get them working - Easily installed the lights to the back of my external monitor, plugged them in and they worked. 15 different light settings not including the "fade", "strobe", "smooth" and "flash" buttons. Could see those working on entertainment systems for TVs. I'm considering buying another monitor for my setup and will definitely purchase another set of these lights. I love how you can get them in different lengths to fit your monitor too - just make sure you measure whatever you're going to adhere them too first as I got lucky that mine were the perfect length as I see no way to bend the lights around corners otherwise. 5 stars from me!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. All in all cheap and not worth the money. I will recommend anyone looking at this to not buy this and it’s worth to spend more money. I got this a few days ago and opened it up plugged it into my computer to see if they worked before I put them on the back of my monitor and they did perfectly. So my dad and I put them on and after 45 seconds of them working not even enough time to change the colors or anything they just turned off without me using the remote or anything and they would not turn back on and it wasn’t the remote because the red light was turning on in the front. I looked everything up on wby they weren’t working and what I can do and nothing helped I clicked every button I plugged them into the wall into my monitor nothing worked. All in all do not waste your money on this product at all I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT....

The lights are great. Really bright and lots of color options....But the high-pitched sound they emit when on is reeeeeally annoying.My wife has bad-ish hearing and can't hear it at all but my children and I can. If you have bad hearing the sound may not bother you but if you can hear that little high pitch when an old monitor or TV turns on - this is 10xs louder than that.Doing a return now.

Works great, the brightness level is great and I love that it’s adjustable. The colors look awesome and the variety is great too. The strip is a little hard to maneuver around corners because it’s not super flexible, but it just takes a little adjustment
