What are the dimensions of the toe clipper? I'm looking for a clipper that is approximately 4 inches in length.

Hello~~~ The Size of the Toe Clipper is H 1.1-inch x W 1.06-Inch x 4.72-inch so it is longer than what you are looking for. hope it is answer for your question.

What is the size of the opening on the toe nail clipper?

The size of the opening of "Steinder" Toeclipper is 3.2mm. I have tried my Thick toenail but it was enough to cover the thick toenail for me.

Does the 2 piece value pack (1 fingernail clipper & 1 toenail clipper) come with a carrying case of any kind?

Mine did Not. I generally put the nail clipper with the file on it in my pants pocket with a rubber band around it to keep it from closing and opening in my pocket. That way I can use it anytime I want and often do a few times a week especially the Nail file ( small clippers) . I never felt comfortable clipping my Toe Nails in any public setting so that larger one stays at home.

Seller: No warranty is specified on the product page for these clippers. So, do you offer any warranty at all?
