Sheer joy
I walk/stand on hard concrete floors day at work and was suffering from metatarsal/ball of foot pain so bad after work that I could barely walk. I also have had a lot of arch and heel pain in the past. These insoles gave me the stability and support so that my feet could finally heal and be pain free. The cushioning is abundant, but firm, not marshmallowy. But marshmallows were not cutting it. Good arch support. The insoles also lasted much longer than your run of the mill 3 months. I have not found their equal.

Worth Every Cent!
Put simply, if you walk or are in your feet a lot you need these!! These things are bouncy, very high quality and long lasting! I know I probably shouldn’t have but I actually wore out two pairs of Hoka Bondi work shoes with ONE pair of these inserts! That’s how tough and long lasting they are. And I walk upwards of 15,000 steps per day in my job. More like 18-20,000. The metatarsal pad feels a little odd when you first get them but give it a minute. You won’t want anything else after a while. I saw someone say the padding is “nonexistent” in these. This person must be on something mind altering. That’s balderdash! These are very padded. And solid and resilient padding at that! Again, if you REALLY walk a lot and have foot pain, get these. Plain and simple.

The most legit insoles I've ever worn
I don't normally write reviews but these are the real deal. I've spent so much money on insoles for my work boots the last decade and they're always the same gel/foam flimsy "pads" no matter who you buy them from or how much they cost. But between the arch support, the anti-shock, and the carbon plate these things feel extremely engineered for what they do and I couldn't be happier. I can feel the difference in every step. I regularly get 15-20k steps in steel toe boots across solid concrete a day at work and the high arches on these took a little to get used to but my plantar fasciitis and general foot fatigue is completely gone. They've also helped relieve my back and hip pain when I'm just standing around for long periods. Absolute game changer.

Comfortable fit
These insoles do what they are supposed to do and keep my feel comfortable while doing it. I appreciate the design and cushion and ultimately the pain relief I get from them. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star review is that they squeak as a walk. Other than that, these are perfect insoles.

If you wear the best shoes for your body, these insoles last forever
Seriously. For me, the choice is between good shoes with quality insoles and a small orthotic (plus occasional use of a cane), or continuing to spend the rest of my life bed-bound and in pain. When I found out that New Balance no longer made these, I was crushed. It's a rare combo to find in an insole, and I thought I'd have to start all over again. I rotate between Brooks and Skechers, and only get new insoles so I don't have to rotate them, too. Some of these insoles have lasted 3 or 4 years! The only sign of wear is a bit of fraying around the edges, or lint that can be easily washed off. Still springy, still supportive. No plantar pain. Arch is well-maintained, too. I don't depend on these to cushion my entire foot - that what shoes are for. My only complaint is that I wish they made a version of these to use in sandals.

Helpful in relieveing pain.
I have a Morton's Neuroma on my left foot and Achilles tendonitis on that same side. These insoles have been very helpful in relieving the pain from the neuroma while walking due to the comfy metatarsal pad. They have great arch support and seem to help keep my feet from pronating as much, which helps with my tendonitis. I can walk for miles with these. A great price point, too.

The best insert if you have a high arch.
I have a very high arch, and other foot issues. A local shoe store has a Podiatrist that works one day a week to help with people like me. First was a good shoe, thank you Keen! Second was this incredibly comfortable insert that has made my feet happy! I mean if they had a voice they’d be singing🤣 The first set lasted eight months of heavy use on a wide variety of uneven surfaces. While they still looked good, I chose to replace them. Happy feet means happy life.

Definitely need a high arch!
The right foot worked wonderfully. The left was too much buildup under the inside of my left heel. I had to revert to a previous insert that was more comfortable.

Feels great
Had a plantar fasciitis flare, tried many insoles looking for relief. these were the best. They were expensive and I wouldn’t have purchased them due to the high Price, but a loved one gifted them to me and I’m glad they did. These help cushion my sore feet. I switch them between whatever shoes I’m wearing. I would buy another pair if they were more reasonably priced.

Good to go!
I've been using these insoles for years. I usually replace them every 6-8 months of use. Fit perfect and keep my feet from getting sore.
