High quality
Got these so I could hang big steel clips for hanging leg raise sleeves. Didn’t want to scratch the painted pull up bar. Just an OCD think. But these were heavy duty grips and May use on some barbell exercises. Thick grip should blow up forearms too. Very nice

Useful
Very useful for the smaller 1 inch bar. Doesn't feel like the bar digging into my palms anymore.

Good but weird
While they do work, the texture is a little to soft and has a weird feeling to it. I do believe over time itll go away.

Just received a pair this week, about to order another. It doesn't fit around all the way but with the right position and extra squeeze, you get the workout that you've been missing. Helps stretch your weights (heavier with grips) if your limited at your home gym.

You need really giant paws to feel comfortable with these
Quality is fine but these are REALLY thick. My wife can't use them because her hands don't fit around. I've used them for a while and now I'm thinking they might be too big for me as well, since I've been having tennis elbow from gripping too hard. My hands are especially small but I guess unless you have gorilla paws or look like Reacher these may be too thick.

Falscher Innendurchmesser. Nicht reinfallen!
Der Innendurchmesser ist leider gelogen, wie fast alles aus dem Land. Er ist 28mm, keine 33mm. Außen ist er dadurch 6cm dick. Aber ok, etwas Klebeband rum und gut. Macht auf jeden Fall starke Hände. Die aus China sind wenigstens ehrlich mit ihren 25mm Durchmesser und kosten die Hälfte!

Awsome fat grips for beginners. Not excessively fat. Definatly made the TRX workout harder..Worth the money..

Slides and rotates
The group doesn't stay very well on the dumbbell as it slides and rotates due to the quality of the silicone or rubber that they use. Otherwise the grip does have a wider signs than some others. The grip itself does have a gap which is found on most of the that I've seen but overall it loses points because it's slides and rotates even with your palm grasping the weight firmly. Effectively this wait is useless on your unless you're using some dinky weights. If the manufacturer uses a higher quality of grip like the Amazon blue ones then this one would get a 5-star rating No Doubt.
