These are typically good for 6 months (with cleaning & sanitizing). It was time for a replacement. Works great. Note that it does include the tubing.

Works great with my nebulizer. Much easier to use than disposable units

So easy to set up, only took seconds to do so. Very basic just hook it up, add the medicine and go. My lungs feel so much better after using this product. Only drawback being you have to change it out and order a new one every 6 months but that's no big deal as the price is right!

The nebulizer piece has a shorter tank well than most making it easier to clean. The best part is the inside bottom is more concave than others, so you don't have to worry about it being so sensitive to leaning or tilting. The fluid stays right where you want it!

The company my insurance works with has gone to a cheaper model that blows out most of the vapor at the back end of a hose, not allowing you to breathe in like my original kit. This one is like my original kit and it works beautifully. Very pleased and will order again.

This nebulizer works great!! It’s the best and quickest at dispensing the fluid and misting it. But that being said, they only seem to last about 2 months max, before they start slowing in their dispensing. We have tried all the ways of cleaning them and can’t get them to last longer than that.

I wish they had more stars to give this. I have asthma, and all the other tubing leaks, or takes me so long to do it. This one is fantastic helps blow the mess into your throat so that way you don’t get it in your mouth. Definitely will buy these again and again!

First of all I ordered a drive power neb Ultra from vitality medical after I saw that's what the urgent Care was using. I did not need a prescription. I did however need a prescription for albuterol vials from a doctor for it. I simply didn't Telehealth visit and said I needed a refill of 2.5mg vials for my nebulizer and I was set. I only use inhalers which have not been helping my COPD lately but I know these breathing treatments at a doctor's office work wonders for me and way better than an inhaler. Anyway the nebulizer comes with a basic T shape and I saw an YouTube video for this Pari inebulizer mouthpiece. I was sold and so happy I was able to get it for such a good deal on Amazon and it comes with a tube. The two that came with my nebulizer fits it just fine as well so it's all interchangeable. This thing is much easier to hold in your hand and I feel like it wastes far less medicine then your typical nebulizer T shape mouthpiece. Highly highly recommended
