Good bottle with attached strap for carrying. Had doubt on the strap whether it will tear or come out after few months of use. But its still going strong after 6 months.

I am very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service from Milton. I purchased four bottles, and within three months, the steel part of the cap came off on three of them. I raised a complaint and received only one replacement cap. Since then, I’ve been following up with Milton, but it's been over a month, and I have not received any response. Now, the fourth bottle has started leaking from the bottom. I’m left wondering if I received a damaged or possibly a counterfeit product from the seller. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication from Milton, despite multiple reminders. This has been a very frustrating experience.

It is told water bottle made of SS304 steel. After purchase only I noticed it is made of N1 steel. I thought Milton is a standard company and the cheated the customer by selling N1 steel. The person really require SS304 water bottle don't buy this. By paying extra Rs 100 you can get SS 304 water bottle.

I wanted a water bottle to store water in my refrigerator in which the water would chill quickly. This single-wall metal container worked great. I take it out of the fridge, go to the gym, come back from the gym, refill it, and the water is cold again in about 10 minutes. If you want a bottle that keeps your water cold, this is not it!
