I use these for exercise on a laminate floor having broken my wrist a while back when slipping on a gym floor in ordinary socks...... These provide a fairly decent level of grip unless pushing with full weight across the floor. I like the colours. They are very comfortable. Only issue I have with them is that they are not supposed to be machine washed and so don't cope so well being shoved in with the rest of the laundry, but my hand washings tend to end in even greater disaster for some reason so I break the rules and the socks go a bit furry and obviously don't enjoy the machine, but have survived so far.Update: Bought these a couple of years ago and they have coped reasonably well in the wash. They are good quality and stay on during my exercise regime - which other cheaper ones have failed to do - cheaper ones were thin, didn't grip all the way to the heel and twisted off as soon as I tried to change direction in them!!

I bought these for my elderly mother, her feet swell and she struggles to wear slippers or shoes. I bought these in a large size so they would fit and hoped the grips on the sole would stop her feet slipping on the floor. They are perfect. They fit perfect! Buy your size as they are a true fit. They stretch but not too much to make them loose, they are soft, the colours are deep and most of all the grips on the sole really work and stop feet from slipping. They are perfect for yoga or other fitness but as in my case they are perfect for other needs. I'm that impressed I'm ordering more but this time they will be for me. I Highley recommend!

I use these socks to do my yoga. Quite warm, cosy with good grip on floor. Toe area reinforced. Lovely colours, nice and bright. Good value for money.

Small is perfect for my 4.5 (UK) sized feet. I've used these for Reformer Pilates. No slipping on the hard floor nor battling to keep them on mid-movement. They wash well in a cold wash but I make a point of washing then inside out to preserve the stickiness.

As a 65+ woman with back and knee problems and size 8 feet I often struggle to find shoes and socks that fit but the large in these socks are great. In the winter I can wear them over thicker socks instead of wearing slippers. My only disappointment is not being able to purchase the full range of colours, I recently tried to order the maroon and green but the only ones available were the blue and grey. I had to buy a different make but they aren't as stretchy.

These socks are very comfortable but are no good for flow yoga or Pilates. When I move my feet the socks. swivel round causing the grip to move to the top of my feet. They also slip when doing the plank or downward dog as there is no grip on the toes.

Comfortable, non slip, important after major hip surgeries. Easy to wash.
