No built in light meter. I found an app for my iPhone that I use.

Q: this camera its only for photos. or make movie too??

Only photos, it uses 120 format film and 35mm film with the included kit.

Q: i received this package yesterday and the viewfinder seems to be stuck, is there a way to open it???

No, it is completely vintage. But work well and only can be used by vintage way. You can surf youtube to see how it look like and how it work.And, you can search amazon to buy the flash light name Diana+ for it. To know more how it look like, you search google. I see some people put new lens on it but never try.
