I like that these do help you sweat so hopefully it would help you lose some weight. But, I would order up a size compared to what you wear in pants because I could not even pull up the pair I ordered at first that was my usual size pants I wear, the next size up worked just fine. You can wear them for exercising but you can also wear them for pants to wear out, which I have done.

I’m in my journey to Losing weight after having my baby and I really am liking for good leggings that can help me lose weight and sadly I wore these and found out at the gym that they’re not good quality they don’t hold up at the wrist line and keep folding outward when I obviously have a tummy from being postpartum definitely wouldn’t recommend if you need the support in the belly area

First thing, i was pretty happy with putting them on! They were a bit snug but i wiggles my way into them and i instantly loved how light weight, but secure they felt. They didn’t feel all thick like normal sweat leggings feel. Great Mobility , compared to other sweet ones i have where i feel like I’m just a robot trying to get a workout in . No swish sound so that was GREAT. IMMEDDIATEE sweat. I’m talking dropping down to my ankles i was seriously so impressed. And then...... i got to about a mile into my run and i noticed little air bubbles in different areas. Thigh area, knee you name it and it was almost like sweat was building up there so then it started to pull down the pants. I had to stop running after mile two because they were just sliding off. So i just really wish they would somehow absorb the sweat at least a little rather than just creating a bubble effect and then, we’ll yeah they’re stipping off. Stil really like them. Maybe they are great for a gym workout lifting light cardio etc, and NOT going for a run. Still love them!

I love these. Nothing like a good sweat and these help do the trick. I’m a 14/16 and got the extra large and they fit just fine. They are super comfortable. If you want a good sweat and looking for legging that keeps everything in place these are it.

Te lo súper recomiendo! Al querer ponértelo vas a sufrir! Yo lo que hice me puse un leggins y posteriormente el térmico! Te sube en un 2x3! Al hacer tu caminada sientes como te va escurriendo por tus tobillos el sudor! El leggins que llevas abajo te lo quitas empapado de sudor!

I live in Canada with canadian sizes. So I wanted sauna pants for my excercises I do at home to loose weight. I am 235lbs and so I wear xl pants and about 18-20 in pants. My belly part is bigger, my legs and butt are not that bad but they are missshapen. So you can picture my sizing and if you are like me then 4XL would fit just right. Lol it is really hard to see that number as 4xl when I wear also a bad number of XL but it is what it is when it comes to sizing of clothing from those countries. It fints well, feels very well and I am very excited in using it tomorrow when I excecise.
