Classic Loaf Wet Dog Food, Meaty Selects, 3.5 oz, 12 Count, 2-Pack

My Yorkie is incredibly picky. I thought I had found the food she finally would eat in Caesar's chopped meals but she suddenly hated the stuff and wouldn't touch it after a month. I was back looking for a new food that she would eat. I bought a few cans and packets of different brands and, among them, was a container of this Cesar Canine Cuisine Pate. Molly hates pate. I have no idea why I bought it. After she turned up her nose at the others, I gave this a shot in the Filet Mignon flavor. It came out on a solid clump with a little gravy around it and I cut it up into little pieces. I knew she would walk away from it but itt was worth a try. And...she ate it! All of it! I could not believe it because she has hated pate since the day I adopted her three and a half years ago. Thinking it was a fluke, I only bought two more containers and...she ate them too. I then bought a 12 pack at Walmart. Still eating it. I bought a double pack of 24 containers here on Amazon and hoped Molly wouldn't tire of the food and she hasn't. I have since bought several double packs and she eats this pate every night, sometimes with some fresh cooked chicken or a little venison that we have from a hunter friend. I guess she likes the mushy texture. The food smells decent and is pretty solid. It is densely packed and chops to softish clumps. It must taste pretty good because my dog is very picky and she has no problem walking away from any food I give her and not eating anything at all for days. She isn't one of those dogs that will "eat it if she gets hungry enough". Her stubbornness rivals my own. It's been about four months now that she has been eating Cesar Canine Cuisine Pate, usually the Filet Mignon/Porterhouse Steak variety. I do switch it up with other flavors now and then but she tends to prefer the beef flavors. The nutritional values are decent and the cost isn't too high. I have it on subscribe and save so I save 15% on each 24 pack. I am so pleased that my dog is eating dog food again. I know she may turn against it at some point and the search will be on but, for now, she is happy and full and I am relieved!

The best for my senior small breed dog. I had tried a different brand of food and unfortunately my senior dog had a bad reaction to the other food. I switched back to this brand and thankfully she recovered quickly. The variety of flavors is good and the quality ingredients are obvious in how much energy my senior dog has on this food. The size and quantity are decent and worth paying for.

I’ve tried a lot of wet food options for my dog Sullivan (a pug/shih tzu mix), and this Cesar Meaty Selects variety pack is by far his favorite. The moment he hears me pull a tray out of the box, he starts spinning in circles and can’t sit still — he knows exactly what’s coming. He follows me around the kitchen the whole time I’m prepping his bowl, tail wagging non-stop and those big pug eyes locked on me. He cleans his bowl every single time, no matter which flavor I give him — the Beef Recipe and Grilled Chicken seem to be his top picks, but honestly he devours all four. The loaf texture holds together well and the sauce adds just enough flavor without being messy, which is a plus with his squishy little face getting into it. I also love that the trays come pre-portioned, so feeding him the right amount is quick and easy — no guessing or measuring. It’s a small thing, but watching Sullivan get so excited over mealtime makes me feel like I’m actually giving him something he loves, not just something he’ll eat because he’s hungry. Highly recommend if you have a picky eater or just want to make mealtime the best part of your dog’s day.

Price is reasonable & my senior dog loves it but not really the healthiest food for her compare to heartfelt dog food but just too expensive. Those are the only 2 types of dog food she eats
