Q: What’s the sizing like? What would you recommend for a 43” chest?

It rather depends how you like a top to fit. The large would be snug on your chest with a 108cm circumference. The XL would be roomier with 112cm circumference.

Q: I’m a 42 chest . Will large be a suitable size

I'm not 100% for this top as I gave a medium to my brother who I think is 38" chest so large may be best. My partner has the running vest in medium and is 42" chest also and that fits him snug but maybe variation between the two
