I like the precut product it worked good and has stayed on I put this on yesterday and my dog and I took a walk it held on , worked as should have , controlled the pain where I needed it and I fell asleep with it on and now is the next day and still holding tight. I would recommend

I wore this during the Spartan Race beast for 7 hours and went through mud and water and it stayed on the whole time and it was really supportive. Great quality and great price.

This tape came with step by step instructions with pictures. Very helpful. Also, it stays on the longest compared to other tapes. Lasted through 3-4 showers, compared to others that peel off after one. Will buy again!

I had a rash for 6 days from the time I put on and had to remove the strips because I am allergic to the glue. The support was so-so while I had the strips on- followed the directions to the T. If you have adhesive allergies- stay away!

This tape is the best for all my sport injury prevention needs. I wear this tape on my knees (full knee support tape style) when I run 1/2 marathons. It stays on for days and I forget I'm wearing it. The only downside is taking it off. I have hairy legs so taking a deep breath and ripping it off. But it's worth it to not have bad knees.

I have written probably 3 reviews in my entire 56 years, but this warranted one a bad one. I have been using kinesiology tape hundreds of times over 25 years on various injuries so I know how to apply it, I have been an endurance athlete since I was a kid and a competitive road cyclist for 25 years. Do yourself a favor don't buy this tape it's useless, it sticks for a few hours the peels off plus it's actually not cheap you only get 6 strips. But that's not the problem , it just doesn't do the job.

Only wear less than 1 day, it ripe off.

Nachdem ich mir das Knie verrenkt hatte, brauchte ich etwas Stütze an den Innenbändern. Es ist nicht das billigste Tape, aber es hält wunderbar lange und ist leicht zu kleben.
