My stomach tolerates it. They are easy to swallow. I wish it came in a more sustainable packaging. I’m not sure if it’s doing anything.

I started taking this for the antioxidant benefits of resveratrol, and I chose Puritan's Pride because it's the most affordable. What surprised me was that it helps with my hot flashes. I was wondering why I wasn't getting that many hot flashes, and whatever I was getting haven't been as bad as before. I went through my diet and my supplements, and realized that the only thing that changed in the last two weeks has been the addition of resveratrol. A pleasant surprise. I like the reasonable, low dose of 100 mg as well. Supplements these days are too loaded, and too much isn't always a good thing.
