I found these on my favorite Medical Medium (Anthony William) website. I love glass noodles because they are so silly and they have a fun texture. They solve a longstanding consideration for me about what to put stir fry on that is truly healthy. Because these have only one ingredient, sweet potatoes, they are a very healthy addition to stir fry. The color is translucent with just a tinge on purple. I am sodium sensitive and these have none. YaY!!

I ate a packages of the noodles and they were amazing in my recipe I loved them at first. But as I read the reviews people stated that it can cause reproduction harm which isn’t mention on the box but on the individual packages inside. I wouldn’t buy this brand.

These are really good but I had to cook longer than the pa k said so dont dump after that time has past test first I went 11 mins on mine but I do like a softer noodle im not an al'dente person. But great product

These are the best noodles I have ever had in my life and the price here was better than at my grocery store. It's always a dice roll how close the expiration date will be when ordering food from Amazon, but I'm thrilled to report that the expiration date on these is October 2027. Undoubtedly, they will not last that long, but it's excellent for the date to be so far out. They are also well-protected by the packaging since the packs are contained in a sturdy cardboard display container like you'd see at the store, so no noodle breakage in transit. The texture of these noodles is really amazing and there's a very subtle sweetness to them that contrasts amazingly with a savory sauce or broth.
