Does the outside box of the package of 12 actually show a kosher symbol?

Didn’t actually come in a box. They came as individual packs and I don’t see kosher written on it anywhere

I see this test less than 15ppm gluten. Is there a reference about gluten in the same facility?

It doesn’t say anything on the packaging except gluten free.

How much potassium in a serving?

In a serving of glass noodles (made w/Sweet potatoes) is 3 mg of potassium which is good. The chemical name for Potassium is Kalium(a salt). Potassium does not retain liquid in the body but it is not a preservative. I like these noodles they make quick healthy and delicious dishes!
