This product is the most amazing product I've ever bought! The MRP is 5095/- but I got it at 1995/-, and it's totally worth the price! It heats up super quickly, is super easy to use, doesn't cause back pains like regular ironing does, and turns clothes wrinkle free in a matter of seconds. However, I did notice that there is some leakage when the product is used in a horizontal position and clothes are placed on the bed. It gets super hot so be very careful not to burn yourself. Use a hanger to hang the clothes while you steam them vertically, for best results. It also comes with a one year warranty. The wire is a bit short, and the product is pretty heavy so not all that portable. It's an electricity hog at 1200W, but makes life so much easier. Taking off a star for these issues. The product comes with two options, one of steam on demand by pressing the button, or continuous steam using the locking function where you push the button downwards. Overall, the product is the best thing I've ever used and I'm never going back to regular ironing again! Check out the video for reference.

I’ve used the Inalsa steam iron just twice so far, and I’m already quite impressed. It heats up quickly, glides smoothly over clothes, and removes wrinkles effortlessly. The steam output is consistent and strong, which really helps with thicker fabrics. Build quality also feels solid. It’s too early to comment on long-term performance, but as of now, I’m very happy with the results. Definitely a good buy! A special thanks to Preeti from the Inalsa team, who guided me patiently on how to use the iron efficiently. Her support made a big difference and helped me get the best results from the product.

Absolutely no customer care. They are avoiding me and the issue. First the water tanker started leaking. Took me 5 hours to get through the customer care. Then it took 2 visits and 7 days by a technician to solve the problem. NOW main problem after the water tanker started leaking was replaced the steamer stopped working. The thing stopped working. Been trying to get through the customer care and asking for a REPLACEMENT since it’s under a 1 YEAR WARRANTY but to no avail. There got to be a better way of putting this warranty to test. You DO NOT want to buy this. Substandard product and a FAILED warranty and customer care

Good product, have purchased it in feb. Working fine till now, one cannot use it at the place of iron as hard and crushed crease doesn't go from garment. But it was very useful for marriage, function etc.
