LOVE this Mug!
This was a gift for my niece! She loved it!! A really cute mug and a great gift for a Friends fan! Comes in a box! Really good quality, lovely colour! I might buy one for myself!

Nice gift - bit pricey!
Its a mug!! It works like a mug. Colours are vibrant and it appears to be good quality.You are paying an inflated high price for the Friends 'brand' of course, making me feel more of the 'mug' than the actual item .... but for a 'Friends' fan, this novelty mug is a perfect gift and comes nicely boxed too.

Wrapping issues
Unfortunately the mug’s box is open in the front (where the frame is) so it needs to be double wrapped in this area. The mug arrived doubled wrapped at the back (where it’s not needed) and wrapped with one layer at the front!!!! Long story short the frame of the mug was broken :)
