This is a top-quality organic spaghetti with great texture and flavour. It cooks perfectly al dente every time, holding its shape and bite beautifully. I recently served it with a spicy homemade tomato sauce using organic San Marzano tomatoes, and it was exactly the kind of pasta you want as the base—robust, but not overpowering. Garofalo has become one of my favourite spaghetti brands, and I’ll continue purchasing it when the price is right. Highly recommended for anyone who values both flavour and consistency.

Great quality dried pasta - this is up there with the best I've tried.

To touch the pasta by hands you will notice the difference as to start with . Not smooth but slightly rough . But after being boiled , they get fabulous in texture and taste . Good surprise ! Not all the garofalo pasta is great in taste as a big misery but this one ☝️ is a big hit for me ! I am sticking to this for consecutively two nights ! Already missing it .

Nice flavour, organic and easy to cook.

I only buy this spaghetti now, as it give best consistency and texture once cooked. Excellent value. Not expensive, great value, I’ve always got a packet in my kitchen cabinet now.
