How do you deflate it

I didn’t have to, it deflated itself and I returned it.

Is there a required water pressure for it to work, I have a well and not sure if my water pressure is adequate for it??

Whatever the flow is thru ur garden hose is what u will get from the unicorn.

Does this come with an air pump?

No it doesn't. It is absolutely beautiful floating in the pool I used an electric pump to blow mine up and I love it

How do you connect this to the hose? Can someone post a picture of their connection because I feel like my unicorn might be missing a piece

There's a female hose connector on the "chest", however, mine did but have a gasket and it leaked like crazy. I took a gasket from an old hose spray head and put it in the unicorn and now it works flawlessly.
